We store the Google user data described above in our Planet Ponder user database hosted on Amazon S3. We take reasonable measures to protect user data, including limiting access to authorized systems and personnel and using security controls provided by our hosting provider.
No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using appropriate safeguards for a small consumer web service.
We retain the Google user data listed above for as long as your Planet Ponder account remains active, or as needed to operate the service and meet legal or security obligations.
Requesting deletion or access: At this time, the only way to request a copy or deletion of your account data is by emailing us at wordoemgame@gmail.com. To help us process your request, please email us from the address associated with your account (or include it in the message) and use a subject line like “Planet Ponder Data Deletion Request” or “Planet Ponder Data Access Request”.
Once verified, we will delete (or provide) your account data within a reasonable timeframe. Some limited information may remain in security logs or backups for a short period, but we will not use it for any new purpose.
